We’re proud to share that the UDRP panel has ruled in favor of the rightful registrant of leah.ai, marking a clear and just outcome in a domain name dispute initiated by a corporate complainant.
The complainant attempted to take leah.ai via a UDRP complaint, despite registering its trademark years after the domain name had been registered in good faith. The panel found the complaint entirely without merit and issued a formal finding of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking (RDNH) — a strong rebuke of their tactics.
This verdict is more than a win for one person — it’s a reminder that individual domain holders have the right to stand their ground, even against entities with larger legal teams. Justice prevailed.
